Kinetic are supporting a global manufacturer based in Altrincham with the recruitment of an Assembly Operative.With over 150 years of heritage, the company has built a strong reputation within the instrumentation and manufacturing sector. Full training will be provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.This is a permanent opportunity from day one, working across all aspects of assembly and production.Role:Carrying out hands-on production tasks as directedSupporting general manufacturing activities across the siteHelping improve quality and efficiency, raising any issuesChecking finished parts to ensure they meet required standardsFollowing all Quality and Health & Safety guidelines, keeping the work area cleanAssisting with training where neededFollowing company processes and procedures at all timesCompleting job paperwork accuratelyMeeting deadlines and keeping records up to dateReporting any maintenance issuesRecording any damaged or scrap parts correctlyTaking on additional tasks when requiredRequirements:Basic mechanical or technical understanding (or a strong willingness to learn)Strong attention to detailAbility to follow processes and complete documentation accuratelyGood communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamGood time management and reliabilityA proactive attitude and eagerness to develop new skillsDetails:Monday to Thursday (Fridays off)9.25-hour shifts with flexible start times (6:00am, 6:30am or 7:00am) 25,000 + DOE28 days holiday (including bank holidays)This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and consistently busy company that offers long-term stability and development.
